INW’s AquiStar® PT2X Cable-Less sensor is a small, self contained pressure and temperature logger that is submerged in a well or other location and records changes in water level and temperature. It is ideal for observing flow patterns, pumping or "slug" tests, and for monitoring groundwater, wells, tanks, tidal levels and any liquid that changes level.
The PT2X is easily configured for the interval between readings, start and stop time, and units of measure before immersion using a Windows based PC and the Communications Kit.
Cable-Less sensors can be installed and function autonomously without connecting wires or cables. They must be removed from the installation to be downloaded or re-configured. PT2X Cable-Less sensors are only available Non-Vented (Absolute). A separate barometer for the site should be considered for long term logging with Absolute sensors.
Select the PT2X sensors for your project from the list below based on maximum submergence. Note: 1 psi= 2.3-ft of water column height.
One Communication Kit is required for any number of sensors.
*The PT2X is also available in a Cabled version separately.
