- SuperSleeve Sampling Installation Accessories #

Whether constructing your own suspension tethers or adding spare parts we can supply all the items (and advice) needed for a successful SuperSleeve Sampler Installation. *A 2-pc PVC Top Collar Assembly or 2-pc Top Collar Weight Assembly is REQUIRED for SuperSleeves.

Re-Usable Weights

SuperSleeve sampling installations require the use of a stainless steel reusable bottom weight to pull the suspension tether into place in the well.

•The 1-inch or 1.25-inch diameter Bottom Weights are used for most installations when the SuperSleeve is suspended from the bottom of the tether and the weight is attached directly to the bottom of the SuperSleeve.

• Our 1.5-inch diameter Tether Weights are attached to the bottom of the suspension tether when the SuperSleeve are attached to the side of the tether.

• Top Collars Weights (2-piece) is an option used to compress the top of the SuperSleeve within 1.5 feet of the bottom of the well.

Below are the most frequently used accessory parts for quick reference.

Fasteners

Snap Connectors and Zip-Ties are used on every Passive Sampler installation to attach samplers and weights to the tether and tethers to the well cap.

Suspension Rope or Cable

We recommend poly braided rope for all suspension tethers. Contact us for installation details when stainless steel cable is required.

Tether Winding Reel

Use this reel when retrieving SuperSleeves from the well to keep the tether tangle-free and dirt-free. Especially useful for stainless tethers. Click Here to go to our complete list of Reels.

Well Caps with Hanging Ring
